How to apply for assistance
Wig and a Prayer provides financial help to bridge the gap between insurance coverage and salons that specialize in creating wigs for people with cancer.
- Complete and submit the application below.
- The Wig and a Prayer committee will review your application and notify you as to whether or not you qualify for support. If your application is accepted, we will send you information outlining the next steps, including the amount funded and salon options.
- Funds will be sent directly to the partnering salon of your choice. You will coordinate your appointment with the salon.
What you'll need to complete your application:
- A prescription for a wig from your doctor.
- Your insurance information, including the amount of your copay.
