Get a prescription for a wig
Start the process by getting a prescription for a wig from your oncologist and determining the amount of your insurance copay.
Complete an application online
Fill out a short application. Wig and a Prayer will review your information to determine if you’re eligible for financial assistance.
Funds are sent directly to a salon
Once approved, we send financial assistance directly to a partnering salon of your choice.
Feel like you again
We’ll connect you with the salon, then just make an appointment to select your wig!
